§ 12.08.040. Permit fee.
Latest version.
Any person making application for permit to excavate in any public right-of-way or public utility easement shall pay the minimum sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) fee per street crossing, two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) fee per ditch running the length of a city block, plus fifty dollars ($50.00) fee for crossing an intersection. Revenue from these fees shall be credited to the general fund.
