§ 16.40.020. Standards.

Design standards. Condominium developments must comply with applicable standards contained in Chapter 16.28, Design and Improvement Standards.

2.

Unit ownership act. Condominium developments must comply with all provisions of the Unit Ownership Act, Sections 70-23-102 through 70-23-703, MCA.
