§ 16.48.010. Fee schedule.
The fees, payable to the City's Office of Community Development, are as follows:
Flooplain permit $400.00

Preliminary plat review. To cover costs of reviewing plans, advertising, holding public hearings, and other activities associated with the review of a subdivision proposal, the subdivider shall pay a nonrefundable fee at the time of application for preliminary plat approval.

Other reviews.
Exemptions (Not to exceed $200) Mobile/Manufactured Home Parks and Spaces (Could be based on number of spaces) Condominiums (Could be based on number of units). 3.
Final plat review and inspection. To cover the cost of on-site inspection of the subdivision and review of the final plat and supplementary materials the subdivider shall pay a nonrefundable fee at the time of application for final approval.
