§ 17.104.150. Projecting signs CBD zone.

A.

Sign projecting over private property in any zone district shall not project more than six (6) feet from the face of the building nor beyond the minimum required building setback for the zone district in which the property is located. Such signs shall not exceed sixteen (16) square feet per face.

B.

Signs projecting over public right-of-way in the Central Business District zone shall not project more than six (6) feet from the face of the building. Projecting signs must be located a minimum of seven and a half (7.5) feet above the sidewalk or travel-way below the sign. No projecting sign above the public right-of-way shall exceed sixteen (16) square feet per face.

C.

The allowance of projecting signs is one per floor per fifty (50) linear feet of lot frontage.
