Minimum lot area: Twenty thousand (20,000) square feet.

B.

Minimum frontage: One hundred fifty (150) feet.

C.

Minimum yards:

1.

Front yard: Twenty (20) feet measured from the front property line.

2.

Rear yard: None.

3.

Side yard: None for interior lots.

4.

Corner lots: Twenty (20) feet from the side yard facing a secondary street.
