§ 2.36.052. Exceptions to minimal qualifications.

In accordance with Montana law pertaining to the substitution of judges in courts of limited jurisdiction, the minimum qualifications for the city judge prescribed in Section 2.36.050 shall not apply to:
A.

judges called in or appointed in cases of disqualification pursuant to Section 3-1-805 M.C.A..

B.

substitute judges called in by the mayor or the city judge pursuant to Section 3-11-203 M.C.A.
