§ 5.08.020. License fees.

  • Licenses may be issued to qualified applicants, as herein provided, whereby the licensee shall be authorized and permitted by the State of Montana to sell alcoholic beverages at retail. Each such licensee shall pay the city a separate annual license fee of:

    A.

    All beverage license a fee equal to five-eighths of the statutory license fee imposed by the state payable in full on or before the thirty-first day of December of each year. License fees will be pro-rated by the month for any new business that comes in during the calendar year.

    B.

    Beer and/or beer-wine license a fee equal to one hundred (100) percent payable in full on or before the thirty-first day of December of each year. License fees will be pro-rated by the month for any new licensee or business that applies for a license during the calendar year.
