§ 5.24.040. Records required.

Every such dealer shall keep records of all purchases of every nature, in a register and all entries in such register shall be plainly written or typewritten in the English language and shall show the date, the name of the person from whom purchased, a description of the article purchased and the price paid. Such register shall be open to the inspection of any police officer of this city, any state or federal peace officer.
